YOUR REAL ESTATE AND CIVIL ATTORNEY, DANIEL HERNANDEZ, ESQ
Daniel Hernandez was born and raised in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Daniel attended Florida International University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree and attended St. Thomas University School of Law where he earned his law degree.
While in law school, Daniel was involved in several organizations, but his involvement was mostly with the Tax Law Society and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (“VITA”) program. By his third year of law school, Daniel was selected President of the Tax Law Society and promoted to Senior Site Coordinator for the VITA program where he not only continued to voluntarily serve the community with income tax preparations but also took on numerous duties to ensure an organized, efficient, and successful tax year for the program.
After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Daniel had chosen to focus his learning in the legal field of real estate and civil practice. With Daniel there is an affinity to help people with their needs and obtain justice for those in need of repossessing land, dispossessing wrongful occupancy, restitution, or enforcement of legal rights. For these reasons, Daniel’s legal practice is dedicated to those needs as well as title services for real estate transactions.
Daniel’s passion for justice and truth fuels his practice as an attorney. Daniel is joined by the other attorneys at Puzo Hernandez Law who share in the same philosophy – we will use the tools necessary to get our clients to a better place whether it be litigation, negotiation or some form of alternative dispute resolution but we will do it in a way that ensures the process is client centered.
